Actually under the guise of easy language there is another layer of complexity to this poem.
The bias at the start gets toppled in the end as is emphasised by the reversal of dialogues from
"He's changed a lot
She's still the same"
to
"She's changed a lot
He's still the same"
Conveying the prejudices dissolved at the end of reunion
Also most dialogues are kinda leading into or opposing the one that follows...
